Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your Loved & Luxe purchase then please return it within 30 days of its receipt. You can contact us via the website to obtain postal details.  Please ensure it is unworn and in its original packaging, and we will provide a full refund or exchange.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty (upon receipt for items from the Preloved Collection, or within 12 months of purchase for items from our Designer Collections).  Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund for any faults that are caused by misuse, accidental damage or improper care of the product.

Returning Faulty Items
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault on items purchased as new within a period of 12 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method.
